Dev Update 2022.03.04 - Mage Tower Intro

Week Number 8 is in the books. A lot of reworking of the multi-player lobby has been accomplished. We are getting closer to a new release that will include this major feature change but we are not quite ready to push it out yet.

We spent a bit of time on a tokenomics screen related to balances, minting, and withdrawing of tokens as well as the smart contract related to that. There is still quite a bit of work to be done on that front.

Here is a first look at the Mage Tower that was mentioned as a tile idea in Discord by Zana. These towers were built over large mana pools and they are one of the ways that players will interact with the magic of the world. We don’t want to reveal too much about it but suffice it to say we are really excited about the plans we have in store for the magic system. We think you will be too.

The mage's tower holds many secrets to be discovered.
