I have come across 7th Seal recently, Its interesting and a little different approach than a typical wax based project. So far good what i have seen. I had a few specific questions :
1) Is there a whitepaper published? if yes, link plz 2) I see there are various promo tiles, and then a land sale, will these promos tiles will be used in forming our village. if not, are these only for aesthetics or anything else ? 3) That 30hr window for forming/finalising village , will the sale be open or whitelisted. Are we expecting anything like ColonizeMars 24hrs unlimited sale or limited mint sale expecting a decent reply giving us more clarity (with links if the question is already been answered) Thank you
What about the other mints of the promo tiles? How will their numbers be reflected with pack tiles? Are we talking about something like: mint 1-10 celestial / 11-50 rare / 51-100 uncommon, etc?
So if I don't have promo tiles, i can't have tiles to build up my hex village? or i'll still be able to build up but of lesser rarity? Sale on 27th will be for only land or of tiles too, if one doesn't have promos?
1. No white paper. The blog has a lot of info that would be covered in a white paper.
2. Promo tiles are used to create maps just as the tiles in the packs will be used. The promos will be related to the better rarities of the pack tiles. You can see a post we did about the concept here (https://www.the7thsealgame.com/post/leylines-mana-and-promo-tile-value)
3. The 30 hours is the sale duration and it is unlimited but a difference from Colonize Mars is that all tiles will be useful for building maps and not limited to a few people who were able to trade up quickly enough.
There will be a deadline for map creation for them to be included automatically in our Map Atlas (Weeks or Months after sale) and after that you will need Vellum of high enough rarity to get maps included in the default atlas. This is just a hint at what we are planning. Stay tuned for more info on Vellum.
Hope that helps answer your questions and maybe creates a couple new ones...
